ebay seller, what do I do?

not sure if this quite qualifies as an ebay stupid, more like an ebay suck but I sort of need advice here. A while back I had a buyer purchase a feather headband from me. I had been making the particular style for about 2 years and it had been selling very well. Well I was looking at other headbands on ebay the other day and came across the buyer who was now selling my piece. Thing is she was claiming that SHE MADE IT and is now doing replicas of it as well. She was won other items and paid right away, I do however remember her pestering me where I got the feathers from. She bout a few other things from me after that but has not since then. Any advice? I know this may be hard to prove who made it first and I see stuff like this happening all the time, it has not been the first time I have had my designs ripped off.

Have you considered asking in the forums on ebay to see if she has done it to others?? As you point out, short of an expensive lawsuit to prove she was ripping off your designs, it would be difficult to establish ownership of your design. If she has done this to more than one person, you could approach ebay about it, I would think.
